Description
Periodical for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Mennonites, Amish, Anabaptists, and Church of the Brethren, whose ancestors originated in Alsace-Lorraine (now part of France), Germany (especially Bavaria, Pfalz, and the Palatinate areas), the Netherlands, Prussia, Russia, Switzerland, and the Ukraine. Some immigrated to Central Asia and North America in the 1700's-1800's. Some settled in Manitoba and Ontario (Canada), Saudi Arabia, and in Arizona, California, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and elsewhere.

Mennonite Family History is the name of the organization for the compilation of genealogical data and history of Mennonites, Amish, and Church of the Brethren. It is also the name used by Lois Ann Mast and J. Lemar Mast to publish their periodical by the same name, Mennonite Family History. Index and other information is found on their web site.
