Description
Ryner (Reiner) Tyson was born ca. 1659 in Germany and converted to the Ouaker religion. He immigrated to the United States on board the ship Concord and arrived in Philadelphia in 1683. Reiner became one of the early settlers and founders of Germantown, Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, he married Margaret (surname unknown). They were the parents of nine children. Descendants lived primarily in Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Dakota, Washington, Oregon and elsewhere.
