Description
Thomas Curtis and his second wife, Richardene, had six children when Thomas died, ca. 1632. Richardene married Thomas Chambers, and the family immigrated to the Plymouth Colony in 1638, and settled in Scituate, Massachusetts. Children of Thomas and Richardene include Thomas Jr. (born 1619), Richard (born 1621), William (born 1628) and John, and Elizabeth. Later, Thomas Jr. and Elizabeth moved to York, where Thomas established his family, and where Elizabeth married Richard Banks. Richard Curtis remained in Scituate, and his brother William moved to an area of Scituate that later known as Hanover. Some of William's descendants settled in Maine. Descendants lived mainly throughout New England, and elsewhere in the United States.
