Description
Amos Neal (ca1810-1897) was born in Bourbon Co., Kentucky. His mother moved their family of thirteen brothers and sisters, along with Amos to McLean Co., Illinois and settled at LeRoy. He married Sarah Weaver (d.1888), the daughter of William and Mary Weaver of Lee Co., VA in 1833. Their son Joseph Wilson Neal (1843-1909) married Mary Jane Fisher, the daughter of John F. Fisher and Emily Jane Porter in 1883. Several generations of descendants are given.
