Includes "A General abstract of the accounts of his magesties revenue in Ireland for one year ended at Xmas 1697"; rent rolls of the Lordship of St. Mary's Abbey and Grange of Clonliff (Clonleigh) for one half year's rent due to the Honorable Lord Duncannon and Luke Gardiner, Esq., the first half of May 1730, 1731; "A rental of the estate of Conally Norman, Esq., in the county of Kilkenny" [1795-6]; "A map of ground in the county of the city of Dublin belonging to Mr. James Folliot of Chester in England, surveyed 16 Oct. 1776 by Richard Connell"; letters to Luke Gardiner and others; "A survey of a holding on Summer Hill in the parish of Clonturk and county of Dublin, the estate of Sackville Gardiner, Esq., by Thomas Sherrard, 1786.".
