Edward Welborn was born in about 1660 in Maryland or Delaware. He married Elizabeth and had four children. He died June 29, 1731 in Baltimore, Maryland. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Maryland, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and elsewhere.
