Description
William Ennes, possibly the son of Alexander Innies and Elispet Tod, was baptized in Urquhart, Elgin, Scotland 6 May 1658. He first appears in the records of Kingston, N.Y. in 1694 at the baptism of his first child. He died 1712. He married Cornelia Viervant (b. ca. 1669), daughter of Cornelis Arents Viervant and Jeanne Lesueur (Abbott). They had at least seven children. Cornelis Arents Viervant came from Lexmont, Land of Vianen, Utrecht, Belgium. He died at Fordham, New York in 1675.
