Description
James Logan (1798-1881), son of John and Deborah Steele Logan, came from Belfast, Ireland to Charleston, South Carolina in 1798 with his family. He migrated in 1821 to the Ohio Territories and settled in Rush County, Indiana. He married Elizabeth Mann in 1823. Descendants lived in Indiana, Iowa, and elsewhere.
