Description
Chiefly a record of Henry Railsback, Mary Marshall Adams, and William Briggs. Henry, his wife and three children, left Hamburg, Germany in 1765 and settled in North Carolina. He and his wife were the parents of nine children, six born after settling in North Carolina. He died at the age of 88, his wife died at the age of 85 years. Descendants lived in North Carolina, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, and elsewhere. Mary Marshall and her husband Mr. Adams lived in Culpeper County, Virginia. They were the parents of four children. Descendants lived Virginia, Kentucky, Illinois, and elsewhere. William Briggs emigrated from Scotland in 1754 and settled in Kentucky via Virginia and Tennessee. He married Judith Wroe, daughter of Originall Wroe. He died in Feb 1801 and she died in Apr 1815. They were the parents of twelve children. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Illinois, Virginia, and elsewhere.
