The register covers the family of William Whitfield Tyson, who was born August 1861 in Lafayette Township, Oachita County, Arkansas. William was the second child of Uriah N. Tyson and Nancy Hannah Bacchus. William married Margaret E. Rawls in August 1887. He died April 1931 in Route 2, Blanket, Brown County, Texas and was buried in the Salt Creek Cemetery in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas. His descendants include their children, Frances Lillian, Daisy, David Uriah, Noah Jeptha, Helen Beulah, Violet, Mattie, and Mary Elizabeth Tyson. Records include descendants to the fifth generation from William, with dates as late as 2005.
