Description
James Gallaher married Sarah (surname unknown) ca. 1760 in Pennsylvania. They had nine children. They moved in 1780 or 1781 to the Watauga settlement in western North Carolina (later became Washington County, Tennessee). Contains information on their descendants and other related Gallaher families. Also includes information on the family of Sir John and Margaret O'Gallagher of County Donegal, Ireland.
