Description
Matthew Camfield was born in 1604 at Harlestone, Northamptonshire, England. He was settled in New Haven, Connecticut by 1637. He married Sarah Treat (b. 1620) ca. 1643-44. Matthew died in 1673 at Newark, New Jersey. Traces the author's line of descent from Matthew and Sarah. Also includes information on Matthew's Camfield ancestors.
