Description
Thomas Starr was born in 1798 in McMinn County, Tennessee. He married Nannie Wolf in about 1817. They had five children. He married Nancy Foreman and had one daughter. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ireland, Cherokee Nation East and Oklahoma.
