Henry Botsford (1608-1685/1686) was baptized at Sundon, Bedfordshire, England. He immigrated to Milford, Connecticut during or before 1639. His wife Elizabeth died in 1692. They raised six children. He was an established Milford planter and was involved in the revolutionary problems of his day. Tristram Coffyn or Coffin (1609-1681) married Dionis Stephens in 1629 or 1630, and immigrated with his family about 1641 from England to Haverhill, Massachusetts. They moved to Newbury, Massachusetts in 1648. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa and elsewhere. A genealogy of the descendants of Thomas Fairchild born about 1610. He married 1) Emma (?) Seabrook and 2) Katherine Craig in London, England. He emigrated in 1639 and settled in Connecticut. He died in Stratford, Connecticut 14 Dec 1670. This volume contains additions and corrections to the first book which covers the first eight generations of the family. The male lines in Connecticut are traced to the thirteenth generation. .

Thomas Fairchild was one of the first settlers of Stratford, Connecticut. He probably married Sarah Seabrooke, daughter of Robert Seabrooke, in England. They immigrated to America in about 1638 and settled at Stratford. They had seven children. He married Catherine Craig of London in 1663. They had three children. Descendants listed lived in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ontario, Missouri, Ohio, Vermont, Georgia, and elsewhere.
