Seaman R. Richards (1819-1903), son of Evan and Elizabeth Richards, was born at sea while his parents were emigrating from Wales to Bromme County, New York in 1819. Seaman married Hamelia Ackerman and lived in Pennsylvania until 1848, when he moved to Portage Prairie, Columbia County, Wyoming. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Wyoming, North Dakota and elsewhere.

He settled on Long Island, where he married an Indian girl "Catoneras", daughter of the chief of a local tribe. Archibald Olewine was born between 1750 and 1760 in either Germany or France. He immigrated to America and settled in Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania prior to his marriage to Margaret Mengle ca. 1780. They reared four known children in Pennsylvaina. Archibald died at a young age and Margaret remarried. Descendants lived primarily in Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
