Henry Lander was born in Loudoun County, Virginia in about 1725. He married Hannah Skinner in about 1753. They had six sons and a daughter. His son Charles fought in the American Revolution. Henry died in 1809 in Winchester, Kentucky. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio and elsewhere.
