Wesley Johnson (ca. 1808-1837) was born in Pennsylvania. He married Hannah Beal ca. 1828. They had four children. Descendants live throughout the central and western United States.

Simon Baker was born 18 October 1811 in West Winfield, Herkimer Co., New York. He was the son of Benjamin Baker and Rebecca Thorn. Simon was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 16 April 1839 and he married five times. His first wife (Mercy Young) moved with him to Nauvoo, Illinois and later died somewhere near Montrose, Iowa. Peter Eldon Onstott was born in Ohio in 1820. In 1846 he married Emily Elizabeth Gibeaut and they had ten children, five of whom lived to be adults. Information on many of her descendants is included in this volume along with material on many of Peter's siblings and other ancestors. James Johnson (1802-1859), son of Solomon Johnson (1765-1843) and Francis Warne (1772-1838), was born in Washington County, Pennsylvania. He married Rebecca Baxter (1805-1891), daughter of James Baxter (1774-1843) and Altha Moriah Legg (1781-1849), in 1825.

Jeremiah Stewart married Phoebe Cowell about 1800 in Greene Co., Pennsylvania and they were divorced in 1820. The children stayed with their father, and Phoebe re-married a Mr. Crumpston (possibly Henry Crumpston). Daniel Stewart was the son of Jeremiah and Phoebe.

William Braden (ca. 1770-1825) was born in Co., Tyronne, Ulster, Ire. About 1791, he married Euphemia Jackson (ca. 1773-1868) and two years later with an infant son, they immigrated to America. At least three children were born in Penn., before they migrated to Scott Co., Ky. where seven more children were born. In 1820, they migrated to Fugit twp., Decatur Co., Ind. where they both died.
