Harry Ernest Barrett, son of Samuel Barrett and Harriet Winton, was born in 1871 in Kensington, Middlesex, England. He married Florence Arminell Pratt in 1893. They had five children. They immigrated to Canada in 1901. He died in 1922 in Humberstone, Ontario.
