Ezekiel (1773-1848) and Julia Hills (1783-1853) Johnson were originally from Massachusetts. Julia and her seventeen children joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and moved to Utah. Ivan W. Young was born January 26, 1900 in Huntington, Utah, the son of Frank and Metthea Rasmussen Young. He married May Barton, June 1, 1928. She was the daughter of William G. and Lilly Mae Garrick Barton. May died, March 12, 1947 in Provo, Utah. Ivan then married Hazel Fletcher, June 15, 1948. Hazel was the daughter of Charles Eugene and Estella Fletcher. An appendix includes life stories of written by or for other family members.

Alexander Booher, son of Peter Booher and Elizabeth, was born in 1798 in Virginia. He married and Rebecca Kinser (1802-1853), daughter of Adam Kinser and Sarah, in 1824. They had thirteen children. He married Susannah Bell in 1853. He died in 1871 in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Descendants and relatives lived in Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, and elsewhere.

Edward Hassell was born in Barbados in about 1640 and died in Virginia in 1679. He immigrated to Carolina Province in 1665. He married Katherine Williams in about 1669 and they had no known children. He married Johannah Biggs in about 1676 and had one known son, John. John married Jane Wheeler in about 1698 and they had eight children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas and Texas.
