Charles Carroll was born 19 September 1737. His parents were Charles Carroll of Annapolis (1702-1782) and Elizabeth Brooke (1709-1761). He married Mary Darnall (1749-1782) in about 1768. They had seven children and lived in Maryland. He was one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. He died 14 November 1832.
