Henry Bennet was born ca. 1629 in England. He immigrated to America sometime prior to the year 1650. Henry married Lydia Perkins ca. 1651. She was the daughter of John Perkins and Judith (surname unknown). Lydia died sometime prior to the year 1672 and Henry married Mary (Smith) Burr. She was the widow of John Burr. Henry lived in Ipswich, Massachusetts and was the father of five known children. Descendants lived primarily in Massachusetts.

Richard Allen was born ca. 1780 in Surrey Co., North Carolina. He was the son of Thomas Allen of North Hunting Creek, Surrey Co., North Carolina. Richard married Sally Johnson and they brought their nine children to Wayne Co., Indiana in 1828. Sally died in 1829 and Richard married Betsy Foster. Betsy died after bearing one daughter. Joseph Bennet (1800-1847) married twice, and emigrated in 1837 from England to New York, and settled near Carrolltown, Kentucky, where (again a widower) he married a third time in 1840. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota and elsewhere.

Johan August Hartman (1859-1910), aka August John Hartman, was born in County Luban, Silesia. His parents were Frantz Hartman and Johanna. He emigrated in about 1883 and settled in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He married Anna Neugebauer, daughter of Gottlieb Neugebauer and Ernestine, in 1885 in Rochester, Pennsylvania. They had ten children. He died in Torrington, Connecticut.

Henry Row (1784-1876) was born in Lancaster Co., PA. He married Sarah Zimmerman (1799-1852) at Hagerstown, MD. They were the parents of ten children. He was buried in the Grindstone Hill Cemetery, at Chambersburg, PA. Several generations of descendants are given.
