Michael Boyer (1690/1700-ca.1761) lived near Richmond, in Fredericksburg in Frederick County, and then in Augusta County, Virginia. He was father to at least twelve children. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Missouri, Tennessee, and elsewhere. Includes some history of the Association of American Boyers, Inc.

Thomas Ruby was born in the late 1600's or early 1700's in England. He married Charity Marsh in Maryland where he died ca. 1790. Allied names were Riffel, Byerly, Huey, Soash, Reynolds, Moses, Leakey, and others. Descendants lived in Maryland, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio, Nebraska, and elsewhere.

Johann Heinrich Schüneman was born 11 November 1819 in Ochtrup, Germany. His parents were Bernard Theodore Schüneman (b. 1790) and Anna Elisabeth Dankbar. He married Maria Catherine Greitenvert (1822-1882), daughter of Bernard Heinrich Greitenvert (b. 1770) and Anna Maria Münninghoff, in 1846. They emigrated in 1847 and settled in Chicago, Illinois. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Germany and Illinois.

He married Elizabeth Specht (1726-1802), daughter of John Peter Specht, in 1750 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He died in 1777 in Amity Township, Berks, Pennsylvania.
