Johann Friedrick Boyer (1718-1804) was born in Germany. He came to America in 1752 and settled in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. He later moved near Orwigsburg, Berks County (now Schuylkill County). Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California and elsewhere.

Chiefly a record of the descendants of Thomas Boyer. He was probably born in France and was the son of Huguenot parents. He came to America ca. 1685 settling in the Maryland Colony. He married Anne Christian. She ws the daughter of Thomas Christian and Mary. His will was proven 27 Apr 1730. They were the parents of three known children. Descendants lived in Maryland, New York, and elsewhere. .

Description
Nicolas Boyer was baptized in Montreal, Quebec 21 April 1716. His parents were Nicolas Antoine Boyer and Louise Payet dit St. Amour. He married Marie Rose Texier 20 November 1741 in Kaskaskia, Illinois. Marie died in 1747. Nicolas married Dorothée Olivier, daughter of Jean Olivier and Marthe Accica, 12 May 1748. They had nine children. Nicolas died in 1785 in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Missouri.
