Description
Leslie Newman Poland (1891-1969), a son of James Hubert Poland and Charlotte Elizabeth Bradbury, was born in Minnesota. He married Elsie Gertrude Dumont (1894-1971), a daughter of Henry Dexter Dumont and Ida Florence Udora Hoery, in 1913. Both parents were a mixture of French and English ancestry, mostly French-Canadian.

William Bradbury and his family sailed for America on 7 February 1849. On 1 July 1839, William had been baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in England. He married Margaret Townsend ca 1842 and had four children of which two died. The youngest son, William Hyrum Bradbury lived to come to America where he contracted cholera and died after his mother had also contracted the disease and both are buried in St. Louis, Missouri....

George Sterling Mason (1824-1888), son of Isaac Mason and Rebecca Delight Billington, became a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints along with his parents, and was baptized in 1834. They moved to Willard, Utah, where he married twice. Descendants and relatives lived in Utah, Idaho, California, Oregon and elsewhere.

Almon Mosher was born 7 June 1831 in Sackett's Harbour, New York. He married Mary Jane Downing (1843-1926), daughter of Reuben Downing and Charity Richardson, 21 October 1858 in DeKalb County Illinois. They had ten children. Almon died in 1908 in Marble Rock, Iowa. Richard Evans, was born in 1796 in Wales. He married Hannah M. Jones, 5 Nov 1827, in Kerry, Wales. They immigrated to Quebec, Canada in May 1845, then to Burlington, Wisconsin, and then to Galena, Illinois. They had 12 children. Richard died in 1871 in Galena, Illinois. Hannah died in May 1889, also in Galena. Their descendants have lived in Illinois, Kansas, California, Nebraska, and other areas throughout the United States.
