Conradt Maul, the immigrant ancestor of the Maul-Moul Family in York County, Pennsylvania, was born in Lower Palatinate, Germany. In 1748 at the age of twenty-five, he immigrated and settled in Manheim, Pennsylvania. He married Anna Catherine Bott, daughter of Henry and Maria Catherina Christ Bott, 24 January 1749.
