Thomas Neel married Jane Neel, daughter of Henry Neel and Nancy Reid, 19 August 1793 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. They had eight children. Thomas died in Sumner County, Tennessee. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Tennessee, Illinois and Utah.
