William Charles Brumley (1826-1918), was born in Dowsby, Lincolnshire, England. He immigrated to Australia in 1848. He marrried Elizabeth Jane Pagan (1834-1906) in 1853 in Quamby, Queensland. They had fourteen children.

Descendants of Mary Barber (1832-1906), who was born in Missouri, and died in Albany, Linn Co., Oregon. She was married to William Newton Brumley (1833-1901). He was born in Tuscumbia (Miller), Missouri to James Madison Brumley and Diannah Bilyeu. He died in Springfield, Missouri. They were the parents of two children: Isaac Newton Barber (1853- 1904), born in Christian Co., Mo., and Daniel, who died in infancy.

Thomas Joslin, son of Thomas Joslin and Dorothy Frank, was born in 1591 in Bollinghatch, Essex, England. He married Rebecca Marlowe in 1615. They had seven children. There are no facts to identify Daniel Brumley with certainty. Samuel Brumley (1681-1748), probably Daniel's son, was a ship carpenter and planter in Lancaster and Northumberland Counties, Virginia, married to a woman named Margaret. From this beginning, the compiler lists vital data about thirteen generations of Brumleys and related families.

Christopher Day and his wife, Martha, were baptized at the Pennyback Baptist Church in Pheladelphia County, Pennsylvania, in 1714. They were the parents of at least six children. He died in 1748 and was buried at the Cross Keys Cemetery, Plumstead Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Descendants listed, chiefly those of his son, Mathew Day, lived in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and elsewhere.
