Jonathan Converse (1761-1845) and his wife, Esther Whipple (1762-1832) had ten children, 1784-1802. Their daughter, Esther W. Converse (1802-1838), and Erastus Buck (1800-1878) were married in 1823. Robert MacKay, Sr. (ca. 1680-1752) came from Freehold, Monmouth Co., New Jersey to Cecil County, Maryland in the early 1700's. He was married at least three times. Ann Brown was his first wife.
