Thomas and Nancy Buckner probably had six children, 1820-1834.
James G. Adams (b. 1848) and his wife, Octave (1856-1929) were married in 1874. They had nine children, 1875-1894. The connection between the Buckners and the Adams family is not apparent from the records.

Rychard Buckner was born in about 1449 in Cumnor, Berkshire, England. He had seven known children. He died in 1548. Descendant John Buckner, son of Thomas Buckner (1590-1645) and Elizabeth Crackplace, was born 2 February 1631 in Oxfordshire. He emigrated and settled in Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in England and Virginia. Includes Gouldin, Wright and related families.

Frederick Drummond (1864-1913) immigrated from Scotland to New York in 1884, moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 1886, married Adeline Gentner in 1890, and moved to Hominy, Oklahoma in 1903. Descendants lived in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas and elsewhere. Gentner ancestors, of German lineage, lived in Oklahoma, Missouri and elsewhere. Drummond ancestors lived in Scotland.
