Description
James (b. 179?), William (1800-1878), and John (1802-1866) Riddell, three brothers, were born in Scotland. They came to Canada between 1820 and 1826 and settled in Perth and Smith's Falls, Ontario. William later moved to Minnesota. Descendants lived in Ontario, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington and elsewhere.

Joseph Coriell (1742-1814) was a son of Samuel Coriell (d.1760) and a grandson of Abraham Coriell (b.ca.1682) of Piscataway Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey. Joseph married twice anhd moved to Maron County, Kentucky between 1790 and 1794. Descendants and relatives lived in New Jersey, Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri and elsewhere.

William Duke married Hannah Grendon prior to 1672 in Charles City County, Colony of Virginia. She was the widow of William Bird. Their descendant Fanny Duke, daughter of Burwell and Frances Duke, Sr., married Briggs Sims in Warren County, North Carolina in 1796. Another ot their daughters, Holly Duke, married Benjamin L. Jacob Magee, son of John Magee, was born in about 1750 in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. He married Mary Scott, daughter of Nehemiah Scott and Elizabeth. They had twelve children. Jacob died in 1816 in Marion County, Mississippi.

Reuben Cole (d.1815) immigrated from Ireland to New York with the British army during the Revolutionary War. He later deserted, and married a Dutch-Mohawk woman, Lydia Huyck. He also served with the Americans during the remaining years of the Revolution, lived in various places in New York, and then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, Ohio, Michigan, Nebraska, Kansas, California and elsewhere.
