William P. Chambers, son of Isaac Chambers and Ann, was born in 1806 in Mississippi. He married Elizabeth Yarborough, daughter of Lewis Yarborough and Henrietta Felps, in 1826 in Woodville, Mississippi. They had ten children. He died in 1879 in Troy, Arkansas.
