John Perry was born in about 1716. He married Sarah Walton, daughter of Thomas Walton, Jr. and Sarah. They had eight children. He died in about 1785 in Sumter County, South Carolina. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in South Carolnia and Mississippi.

John Guilliam came to Virginia in 1663. Patrick Gullion was either his son or his grandson. This book follows the descent of Patrick's son Henry and his grandson Edmund P. Gullion. The family lived in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.

Giles Burdett, son of William R. Burdett, was born in 1775 in Edgefield District, South Carolina. He married Agnes Raney. They had nine children. They moved to Tennessee in 1817. He died in 1833 in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Tennessee.

Jonathan Day was born in about 1770. He married a daughter of John Trice, probably in Georgia. He married Cecealia Oglesby in 1810 in Amite County, Mississippi. They later moved to Wilkinson County where he died in about 1838. Descendants lived mainly in Mississippi and Louisiana.

Juan Mardre Horne (1904-1991), daughter of Whit Toliver Horne (1866-1955) and Annie Elizabeth Everitt (1866-1929), was born Chipley, Florida. She married Mack Henry Smith (1897-1979) in 1922 in Dunedin, Florida. They had twelve children, all born in Rowan County, North Carolina. She died in Concord, North Carolina.
