Joshua Bennett was born 23 March 1788 in Charlestown, Virginia. His parents were James Bennett and Jane McCormick (1784-1821). He married Jane Mendenhall, daughter of Samuel Mendenhall and Hannah Griswold, in 1811. They had six children. He married Amelia Channell, widow of Joseph Channell, 30 January 1823 in Licking County, Ohio. They had six children.

Frederick Ludwig Marsteller was born 11 January 1702 in Pfungstadt, Hesse, Germany. His parents were Nicolas Marsteller and Elizabeth Crössman (1669-1739). He married Anna Barbara Starck (1701-1780) 12 February 1728. They emigrated in 1729 and settled in Trappe, Pennsylvania. They had eight children. He died 12 October 1753. John C. Channell, son of Jeremiah Channell and Sarah Steele, was born in 1802. He married Elizabeth Wamsley, daughter of John Wamsley and Sarah Conrad in 1823. They had eleven children and lived in Huttonsville, Virginia. He died in 1869.

Michael Arbogast was born ca. 1734, probably in Germany and immigrated to America in 1749. He died in Pendleton County, Virginia in 1812. Descendants lived in Virginia, West Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, California, Illinois, Kansas, and elsewhere.

Richard and Israel Tripp left New York with other loyalists after the Revolutionary War and settled in Ontario, Canada. They were married to daughter of Isaac DeMille and were believed to be brothers. Richard married Mary Jane and Israel married first Susannah Demille and later Catherine Brickman Fox. Martin Aeschlimann, Sr. (1748-1808) emigrated from Switzerland to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and married Elizabeth Groff in 1765. He anglicized his surname to Eschleman or Eshleman, and later descendants spelled then surname Eshelman. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Idaho, Colorado, Ohio and elsewhere.
