St. Peter's was a union church of Lutheran and Reformed congregations; it was located over a mile east of Woodsboro. In 1889 a new church, named Grace, replaced the original log church; at the same time the Reformed congregation left the union and moved to Centerville to build their own church.
Glade Reformed Church was organized in the 1750s in the Monocacy Manor in Frederick County, Maryland. In 1896 the Glade Church congregation moved into Walkersville.

No records have been found for the Reformed congregation; the Lutheran records could contain some Reformed entries.
