Description
The War Service Record, maintained largely on index cards, was prepared as a record of men and women from Cuyahoga County, Ohio, who were draft eligible and/or served in the military or as volunteers during World War I. The Record also includes the names of a small number of individuals who served in non-U.S. military units suchas the Polish Volunteer Army.

The dates of the burials included in these record are from approximately 1889-1993.
