Jane Grace Moffatt Spulak (1924- ) is the daughter of Vinton Eugene Moffatt (1897-1986) and Madge Genevieve Electa Cline (1902-1984). She descends from early new England settlers, as the Moffatt family lived for a number of years in Massachusetts before moving west to New York, Illinois and then Iowa. The Cline family moved west to Wisconsin from Vermont. Descendants live in New Mexico and other parts of the United States.
