Thomas Harris (fl.1632-1639) and his wife, Elizabeth, immigrated in 1632 from Deal, Kent County, England to Plymouth, Massachusetts, along with his brother, William, and a sister who married Thomas Roberts of Newport, Rhode Island. Thomas Harris moved to Salem, and in 1636 to Providence, Rhode Island. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri and elsewhere.

Elizabeth Parrigin (1797-1904) was the daughter of John Booher. The family moved from Sullivan County, Tennessee to Washington County, Virginia and then to Clinton County, Kentucky where she died at age 105. She married Henry Parrigin in 1821 and had seven children. Descendants and relatives lived also in Indiana and some moved west.
