Jane Owens Wardrop, daughter of of Robert Campbell Wardrop and Margaret Evans Owens, was born in 1859 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Moroni P. Duncan (d. 1894) in 1875. They had six children. She married James Jones Collett in 1896. They had four children. She died in 1951 in Raymond, Alberta.

William Goodrich (ca.1608-1645) and his family immigrated from England to Watertown, Massachusetts in 1634. Direct descendant, George Albert Goodrich (1839-1911), a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, moved from Massachusetts to Salt Lake City. Sarah Isabella Collett (1827-1910) immigrated from England to Christchurch, New Zealand in 1851, married Henry Roil (1824-1862) in 1854 and after his death, married James Barker (1817-1893) in 1873. Her father and a brother immigrated in 1852, and her mother and the rest of the family came later. Descendants lived chiefly in New Zealand.

Descendants of Thomas Shone, jr. (1784-1868), the son of Thomas Shone and Mary Beck of Holborn, London, England; and Sarah Philips, whom he married in Newington, London in 1814. They emigrated with Scott's Party of 1820 to the Cape of Good Hope, South Africa. They had nine children. He had two additional children by Ann Hiscock after Sarah died in 1837, age 44.
