Henry Conklin (1804-1867) was born in Chemung Co., New York. He married Eliza Scott (1808-1865) in 1825 in Washington County, Ohio. They had seven children, 1829-ca. 1848. The family migrated to Indiana ca. 1833 and to Illinois, ca. 1835. Henry and Eliza Conklin died at Liverpool, Fulton County, Illinois. Descendants listed lived in Illinois, Colorado and elsewhere.

Ludlam Shadbolt, Son of Thomas Shadbolt and Sarah Seaman, was born on Long Island, New York August 11, 1766. In about 1786 he married Phebe Rowland, who was born April 14, 1764 on Long Island. They settled in Dutchess County, New York and had seven children. Ludlam died in Clinton, New York April 11, 1799. Phebe died July 4, 1861. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Nebraska and elsewhere.
