Joseph Cookson (ca. 1798-ca. 1865) was probably born in Georgia or South Carolina. He married Christina Vandergriff in Rhea County, Tennessee in 1820. He lived in Tennessee with the Cherokee indians and moved with them to Oklahoma. Descendants (spelling the surname Cookston) and relatives lived in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Colorado and elsewhere.

Reinhart Mannel Plagge (1820-1890) was a son of Diedrich Plagge and Margie Remmers. He married Margretha Martens in 1849, and immigrated in 1870 from Germany to Ford County, Illinois. Descendants and relatives lived in Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, California and elsewhere.

Johann Leonard Siefert was born in 1743 in Beerfelden, Germany. He emigrated in 1752 with is brother, Georg Ludwig Siefert (1736-1789), and they settled in North Carolina. He married Maria Catherina Edelmann, daughter of Johann Peter Edelmann and Maria Elisabetha Heckmann, in 1771. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina and Missouri.

Avery Vann was born in the 1770's, son of James Clement Vann. He married Margaret McSwain, daughter of Alexander McSwain. Their daughter, Keziah, married Robert Webber (b. 1810). Andrew Jackson Griffin (1824-1895), son of Daniel Griffin Jr. and Ollie Lasley, married Ailsey Webber. Bob Lawley was born in Mississippi and married Matilda Brown (1850-1934), born in Tennessee. Many family members were Cherokee and eventually settled in Oklahoma.

James Upjohn (1732-1818), a Quaker, married Mary Hatch in 1755. One of his sons, William Upjohn (1770-1847), married Mary Standard in 1796, and sent his two oldest sons to see about the possibilities of immigration to the United States in 1828. Abraham Lemaster (ca. 1638- 1722) was born in Ste. Marie's Parish on the Isle of Jersey to John and Sarah Lemaster. He died in Charles County, Maryland. He was the father of six children. Nathan Fish was born 20 October 1748 in Groton, Massachusetts. He married Betsey Kinney, daughter of Elisha Kinney and Lydia Grover, 11 May 1781 in Pownalborough, Maine. They had six children. Nathan died before 1811. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Maine and Illinois.
