Randolph Cope, son of Thomas Cope, was born in about 1775. He married Elizabeth House, daughter of Archibald House and Mima. They had six children and lived in Wake County, North Carolina.

Chiefly, a record of eight generations of ancestors of Gilbert Pope and Anna Garrett. Gilbert was born on August 17, 1840 in East Bradford, Pennsylvania. Anna was born in Birmingham, Pennsylvania on December 7, 1848. Gilbert and Anna were married on February 5, 1880 at West Chester, Pennsylvania. They had four children. Gilbert was the son of Joseph Cope (1794-1870) and Eliza Gilbert (1799-1860). Anna was the daughter of David Garrett (1803-1868)...

Darlington Cope (1815-1888) was born in Bradford Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, the son of Jonathan Cope. He married Sally Thomas (1818-1851) in 1839. They had five children, 1840-1850. He married 2) Ann D. Cope (1824-1905) in 1853. They had eight children, 1854-1871. Locality names not given for descendants, who are listed chiefly in genealogical tables. Includes the Walker, Garrett, and other related families.
