John Huntsman was born in Pennsylvania about 1800. He married Deborah Snyder and they became early converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The first two-thirds of the book deal with the creation of the cemetery, its title deeds, incorporation, officers and trustees, by-laws and proceedings of the Underhill Society of America, and an ode to the memory of Captain John Underill. The latter part of the book gives a records of the interments in the cemetery, most of these interments being for Underhill individuals.

Biography of Edward Isreal Rich (1868-1969) who married Emily Almira Cozzens in 1894. He became a medical doctor in Weber County, Utah. He and his family were members of the L.D.S. Church. Contains information on ancestors and descendants of Edward I. Rich.

Richard Robison (Robinson) and his family emigrated from Scotland or England to Vermont and eastern New York in 1740. Direct descendants became converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Edward Israel Rich, son of Chalres Coulson Rich (1809-1883) and Mary Ann Phelps (1829-1912), was born in 1868 in Paris Idaho. He married Emily Almira Cozzens, daughter of John Cozzens and Emily Almira, Merrill, in 1894 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had seven children.

Jeremiah Gould (b.1581) married Priscilla Grover and immigrated from England to Weymouth, Massachusetts in 1637, and moved to Newport, Rhode Island in 1638. Descendants lived in New England, New York, California and elsewhere.

John Cozzens (1833-1905), son of James Cozzens and Diana Thomas, was born in High Cross, Freystrop, Pembroke, Wales. He joined the L.D.S. Church and immigrated to Utah. He later settled in Idaho and then Wyoming.
