Thomas Millett (1605-1675/76) was born in Chertsey, Surrey, England, the son of Henry and Joice Chapman Mylett. He married Mary Greenoway (1606-1682), daughter of John and Mary Greenoway) in 1629. They had eight children, 1630-1647/8. They family immigrated to America in 1635 and settled at Dorcester, Massachusetts. They moved to Gloucester, Massachusetts, about twenty years later.
