Description
Richard Currier (1616-1686/1687) emigrated from England to Salisbury, Massachusetts about 1638, and married twice (probably once in England). Descendants lived throughout the United States. Some descendants immigrated to Canada, and lived in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia and elsewhere.

Malcolm Currie, Sr. (1864-1904) married Mary Fullerton Carmichael (1861-1950) in 1881 in River Louison, New Brunswick. They moved from New Brunswick to Whitewood, Saskatchewan and then to Oak Lake, Manitoba. They had twelve children. Malcolm died in Manitoba and Mary died in California. Includes information on their descendants as well as information on Mary's Carmichael ancestors and relatives.

Description
Zebulon Currie was born in 1795 at Waterborough, New Brunswick. His wife, Lavenia Currie, was born in 1798 at Burton, New Brunswick. They had ten children, 1822-1844; the oldest born at Gagetown, the others at Frederickton, New Brunswick. The family moved to Prince William in 1851 and back to Frederickton in 1858. Lavenia Currie died at Frederickton in 1865.

William Runchey was born 1803 in Ireland to possibly William Runchey and Ellen Carlish. About 1838 he married Esther Flemming Dunning, who was born 1807 in Ireland. They came to Canada around 1844, and first appear in the 1861 census for Bruce Co., Huron Twp., Ontario, Canada. William Runchey died in 1888 and his wife Esther died in 1890. Conrad Gunter, a German in the British Navy, retired and settled in Warwick, New York in 1753, and later moved to St. John, New Brunswick and still later returned to New York. His son, John Gunter (1793- 1876) married Nancy Ann(?) Currey and lived in Queens County, New Brunswick. Descendants lived in New Brunswick and elsewhere. Some descendants of Conrad lived in New York and elsewhere in the United States.

Daniel Conoly and his wife Nancy Anna Campbell Conoly migrated from the Isles of Islay and Jura to the port of Wilmington, N.C. and settled near the town of Lumber-Bridge, Robeson County, N.C. in the late 1700's. Isaac Duffield was born in 1809 in Great Holland, Essex, England. His parents were James Duffield and Mary Gladden. He emigrated and settled in Glanford Township, Wentworth County, Ontario. He married Elizabeth Bunker in about 1834. They had seven children. Isaac died in 1892.
