Richard Dart (b.1635) came to New London, Connecticut from London, England about 1656. His wife (1) was Bathia (d. ca. 1705). They had ten children. Richard married (2) Mary (Roe) Dudley of Haddam. Their daughter, Lucinda Abigail Judd (1853-1929), married Charles Henry Oliphant (1825-1902), son of Richard Oliphant (1801-1852) and Susannah Young (1795-1852), in 1870 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
