Lemuel Pomeroy Guy was born 18 December 1887 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the son of Henry W. Guy and Josephine L. Pomeroy. Lemuel married Edith Beryl Ashby 12 June 1912 and they lived in Harris, Sullivan Co., Missouri. They were the parents of five children. Lemuel died in 1959. Descendants lived primarily in Kansas, Missouri, Texas and elsewhere.

Ralph Keeler (ca.1613-1672) immigrated about 1635 from England to Hartford, Connecticut, known as "Newtowne" prior to 1636, later settling at Norwalk, Connecticut. He was married twice. The name of his first wife is unkown. His second wife was Sarah Whelpley, widow of Henry Whelpley. Sarah died in 1684. Descendants lived in New England, New York and elsewhere.
