Conrad Dietz (1711-1758) was born in "Hinterwidenthal, Deux Ponts Duchy Rheinish Palatinate, Germany" to John and Maria Catharina Dietz. Conrad married Catherine Bracher in 1734. In 1738 they emigrated to America settling in Hellam Township, York County, Pennsylvania. In 1758 during a dysentery outbreak, the entire family died except for a son, John George (1739-1822). Wiley Edwin Speas was born 25 October 1864 in Old Richmond, North Carolina. His parents were Jonathan Edwin Speas (1840-1864) and Lydia Adelaide Hauser (1837-1907). He married Sarah Elizabeth Rigney and Rosabelle Bishop and had eight children. He died in 1827 in Woodville, Idaho. Daniel Deines (b. ca. 1760) was probably the Deines individual who emigrated from Germany to Kratzke (along the Volga River, now called Potschinnaja), Russia. Johann Jakob (John Jacob) Deines (b. 1817), his son, emigrated in 1876 from Russia to New York City, and settled in Lawrence, Kansas. Relatives immigrated later (until about 1905). William Watson Roberts (1798-1871) was the eldest son of John Roberts and Ann Watson of Nottingham, England. He immigrated to Lowell, Massachusetts in 1828. He married Nancy Hoyt Bean (1806-1903) in 1831 in Lowell, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Obadiah and Nancy Bean of Poplin (Fremont) New Hampshire. They raised nine children.
