Charles Bridges McGinnis was born 5 April 1862 in Georgia. His parents were John W. McGinnis and Nancy L. Thompson. He married Elizabeth Tallulah Galloway (1865-1939), daughter of James Galloway and Viney A. Hyatt, 1 August 1883. They had ten children and lived in Decatur, Georgia. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Includes Dillinger, Morgan and related families.
