Abraham Devins (1747-1816) married Elizabeth Hover about 1767, and about 1793 they emigrated from Ontario County, New York to Toronto, Ontario. Descendants and relatives lived in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and elsewhere. Many descendants immigrated to Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Florida and elsewhere in the United States. One of appendices contains a listing of thirty sets Devins twins between 1812 and 1987.

Jonathan Duck (ca.1802-1882) immigrated from England to Claireville, Etobicoke Township, York County, Ontario, and married Hannah Ellerby in 1838. After 1851, they moved to Toronto for a few years, and then returned to York County. Descendants and relatives lived in Ontario and elsewhere. Includes some Ellerby ancestry to the early 1700s in Ontario and England.

William Miles Blankenship was born 1 September 1855 in Henry County, Georgia. His parents were Richard James Blankenship and Sarah Delaney Riley. He married Lucinda Frances Wallace in 1873.
