John Tarlinton (1765-1842) was born in Tutbury, Staffordshire, England to a Robert and mary Tarlington. In 1787 he was convicted of grand larceny, breaking and entering and was sentenced to seven years in the penal colony in New South Wales. Zorobabel Robinette was born in 1744 in France or England. By 1770 he was a dragoon in Ireland. He married Alicia (b. 1747) in about 1777. They had two children. Matthew Woodruff (ca.1612-1682) immigrated from England to Hartford, Connecticut about 1636, and moved to Farmington, Connecticut in 1640. Ezekiel Woodruff (1763-1837), direct descendant in the fifth generation, married Sarah Hall in 1782, and immigrated in 1795 from Connecticut to St. Davids, Ontario. Descendants lived in Ontario and elsewhere.

Harry Felix Bobbitt lived at Detroit, Michigan, and was associated with the Wabash Railway Company. He served as a passenger ticket agent with an eventual assignment as division passenger agent. He also was an avid sports fan of various teams in the area. He was the father of two children: Harry Jr. and Shirley Bobbit Duggan. Includes personal papers and mementos. He died in 1956 at Detroit.
